What a paid plan actually gets you
You find out whether AI answers name you
Crawler tracking shows that ChatGPT read your page. It can’t tell you whether the answer it gave credited you, credited a competitor, or skipped the subject. A citation check asks each engine your actual search and records the sites it came back with, ranked.
You see who is winning your searches
Every check lists the whole result set, so you can watch the same handful of rivals appear on the queries you care about. Flag their domains and Super and up call them out by name whenever they show up beside you — or instead of you.
You get told, not reminded to look
Checks run on a schedule you set — weekly or daily — and the results sit in your dashboard without you having to remember anything. A daily email digest tells you which pages AI crawlers asked for and got a 404 on, and on Super and up, which competitors turned up in your checks.
The plans differ in one thing: how many searches you keep under watch, and how often. Crawler tracking itself is unlimited on every plan, including before you pay for anything.
Before you buy
What exactly is a token?+
One search checked on one engine, once. Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cost one token each; ChatGPT costs two, because its API is dearer. So checking one search on all three costs four tokens, and watching that one search weekly costs up to 20 tokens a month (a 31-day month fits five runs).
What happens when I run out?+
Checks stop until your allowance resets — nothing is charged to your card and nothing runs quietly in the background. Your crawler tracking keeps working the whole time. You can switch to a bigger plan at any point and the new allowance applies immediately.
When does my allowance reset?+
Every month, on the day of the month you first subscribed — so an annual plan still tops up monthly. Unused tokens don’t roll over. The exact next date is shown on your citations page.
Am I charged for a check that finds nothing?+
“Your site isn’t cited” is a result, so yes — that check is charged. Checks that fail, time out, or come back unreadable are never charged.
Can I get a refund?+
Payments are non-refundable for partial periods and unused tokens, except where the law says otherwise. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription — email us within 14 days and we’ll refund it, less what you’ve already used. If we charged you in error, we’ll put it right.
Can I change or cancel later?+
Any time, from Settings — self-serve through the Stripe billing portal, or one email to us. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep your plan and its remaining tokens until then.
Is Supreme just more tokens?+
Feature-wise, Supreme and Super are the same — competitor flagging, 404 signal, every engine. The difference is volume: 800 tokens against 300, which is what you need once you're tracking several sites or a long list of searches daily.
